Something for the weekend: Dinner with Basil, boring conferences and silver linings. Your W/E to-do list…

Lovestruck Goes BowlingJoin us for Lovestruck Goes Bowling, Sun 25 Nov – a night of fun and flirting (and a healthy bit of competition) at the Allstar Lanes, Holborn. Ladies tickets now SOLD OUT! Gents, BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment!

Taking the ‘dinner and a show’ concept to a whole new level, Basil, Sybil and Manuel invite you to the Faulty Towers Dining Experience in the Torquay Suite Theatre at the Charing Cross Hotel (Where else!?). Expect two hours of dinner, merriment and a whole lotta silliness.

If that sounds too much like fun, get back to reality with a Boring Conference. Turn up and zone out for talks ranging from self service check outs to square roots in what is actually a very funny sell-out show at the York Hall, Bethnal Green.

Having finally shaken off his hangover, Bradley Cooper now stars in Silver Linings Playbook, a romcom that tackles the taboo of mental illness. Watch a love story unfold as Pat (Cooper) retreats to his parents’ house following a breakdown, whilst meeting Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence) along the way.

The next Lovestruck Laissez-Faire is at The Hoxton Pony, Wednesday 28 Nov. It’s fun, free to attend and all are welcome to pop along (even non-Lovestruckers). So tell all your single friends/colleagues and have a drink or two at London’s hottest free ticket in town.

With a miming action asking if you’d like beer,

The Lovestruck Lovebot
