So it’s freezing cold outside and the thought of wrapping up and heading out is just too much to put your poor toes and icy cheeks through. We get it, but don’t let the horrible 
weather stop you from spending time with your loved one. We have pulled together some fun indoor date ideas:
Puzzles or board games: No they aren’t just for five year olds. Playing a game of monopoly of tackling that 1000-piece jigsaw can actually be quite fun. The winner gets to call the shots for the rest of the evening. If you still have your Twister board from circa 2000, this is definitely worth digging out.
Have a film/Box-Set marathon: So you’re only up to series two of Breaking Bad? Or you’re both Woody Allen diehards? Jump under a cosy blanket, stock up on your favourite munchies and get watching.
Hit the kitchen: So your repertoire is normally beans on toast or a restaurant takeaway? Time to pull out that recipe book your mum gave you two years ago and cook something together.
Plan an indoor treasure hunt: This can be as naughty – or nice – as you wish and if you have the time and a brain for cryptic clues, could be a real laugh. Make sure the gift at the end is a goody.
DIY wine tasting: Pick up some bottles of wine which vary in price, light some candles and get tasting to see if there is any difference between them.
Catch a sunset or sunrise: It’s a bit cheesy and is the stuff of very early dates but all you need for this is a clear sky, big window, drink in one hand and each other.
Pampering nights: I know, I know. Don’t keep telling us we’re cheesy. Put on a face-mask and massage each other’s feet. It will be excellent fun we promise – and your skin will feel great!
Dance off: If you are anything like me and my other half, each of you will be convinced they are the more superior dancer. Crank up the music and pull out your best moves, the cheesier the better.
