A new year brings with it a whole new endless range of possibilities when it comes to love, 
dating and new relationships. We spoke to clairvoyant and medium Pauline Morgan (www.pauline-morgan.co.uk) about what 2014 could have in store for you:
Capricorn (December 23 – January 20)
Born under an Earth sign means you are more realistic towards your feelings and romance. Therefore, the star sign to match yours is Taurus. The first three months of the year will be complicated with Venus’s prolonged transit in Capricorn but from April onwards there will be calm, and the possibility of exciting times with a new partner.
Aquarius (January 21 – February 19)
The year ahead is all about trusting your instincts and gut feelings where love and romance is concerned. Play to your strengths, like your unswerving optimism: believe in meeting the right person and it can happen. September to December sees lots of fun times ahead. However, remember you have a low boredom threshold, so give new relationships a chance to blossom.
Pisces (February 20 – March 20)
Meeting a stranger at an event could lead to a forever romance. However, you may just find yourself in a position where you can pick and choose between two people in the summer. Therefore, take your time to make a decision and enjoy the pathway to true love. Jupiter’s transit will increase your sensuality.
Aries (March 21 – April 20)
This coming year could bring many new and exciting opportunities for you, especially when it comes to romance and relationships. Take your time when making important decisions about dating, in particular around July and August. The second part of the year will see lust for life, fun and adventure. Remember to never refuse any invitations to go out, as meeting new contacts could play an important part in being introduced to that special person.
Taurus (April 21 – May 21)
For Taureans, the first three months of 2014 will see the possibility of foreign travel and embrace it, as a holiday romance could be on the cards. Between the months of May and September you will find yourself very much in demand, with work, home and romance competing for your time. Bear in mind to always pick and choose wisely when it comes to romance; if there isn’t a spark, move on, as the next person you meet could be an important person in your life.
Gemini (May 22 – June 21)
Exciting times lie ahead for Geminis in 2014 when comes to matters of the heart. The month of June is earmarked as a passionate time for you. If you are already in a relationship, you will find interest in your partner renewed, while singletons will find themselves acting irrationally in the name of love. Just be careful as passion could burn out quickly.
Cancer (June 22 – July 23)
Romantically this could be your year to settle down and enjoy domestic bliss with your partner. From February onwards sees an array of celebrations in store and the divine timing could mean engagements or marriage proposals throughout the summer season. From October to December will see passionate, dynamic and significant times. It will be an especially good year for Cancerians.
Leo (July 24 – August 23)
The prospect of meeting ‘the one’ could take place within this coming year. Let go of past loves, however hard and painful and concentrate on the future, plus the possibility of a new passion coming in to your heart. Your charm will see you form new friendships, especially in the months of February and October. In the latter half of the year, Saturn, the ruler of Leo’s house, will form a triangle with romantic Neptune and happy Jupiter and your life will feel stable when it comes to family life and your living arrangements.
Virgo (August 24 – September 23)
When searching for love, you will find compatibility with the star signs Leo, Cancer or Taurus. However, avoid the star sign Aries if you do not want to be controlled. In the first three months of 2014 there will be the offer of a blind date being set up by a friend and this could prove to be very successful. You will find yourself drawn to intelligent people, who stimulate your intellectual side.
Libra (September 24 – October 23)
Relationships in general are very important to you. Whether it is just platonic friendships, family bonds or long-term romantic partnerships. There will be complicated periods in your life in the months of January, March and April, and there may be heartbreak and upset. However, autumn could be the season when a special person comes into your life-path. Be open with your emotions to receive new love.
Scorpio (October 24 – November 22)
As a water sign you will find romantic success this year with any of the fire signs because you know how to cool them down. Plus you like a challenge when it comes to love and passion for romance. An Aries connection in particular could make you work harder when it comes to falling in love. Communication will be essential in the summer months, so talk about how you feel, what you want in a partnership and make compromises.
Sagittarius (November 23 – December 22)
Sagittarians will meet a partner who could bring out your creative side more – and you will discover that both of you will have a lot in common. Cupid’s aim and shooting arrow could come your way around March or April, while a more unsettled period will follow in June and July, when your focus on love will be diluted by money problems. Stay strong, as ultimately the year will end on a high.
