So you’ve finally met a man that you think might just be into you as much as you are into him. It’s both an exciting and daunting phase with butterflies, overthinking and of course a little bit of nervousness thrown in the mix. Chances are this is more than chemistry because you both seem to be making a mutual amount of effort in the relationship, but now you feel like you are ready to take it to the next level. You’re staring at him as he happily chomps his cornflakes, wondering if he’s as ready to commit and actually, you’ve no idea…
This isn’t about playing games or trying to manipulate a man into committing to you, at the end of the day if a man wants to be with you he will do anything and everything to make that happen. Period. This is about understanding your value as a woman, what you have to offer and making sure the man you love realises that as well. So let’s look at 5 ways to initiate this:
1: Send out the right signals
Let’s get one thing straight. Men need clear signals, they aren’t mind readers, sadly. So make sure that your body language, words and actions are consistent and honest. Playing games will only make him think you aren’t serious or that you could possibly hurt him. Be bold, tell him how you feel (without revealing your every thought and life story), express affection and stand confident in who you are . Before you give your heart fully to someone it’s important to know that you can express yourself and your feelings…and that they are reciprocated.
2: Give him a chase
Don’t be overly available and keep up hobbies and nights out with your mates. Just because you are crazy about him, it doesn’t mean that you can’t leave his side. Maintain some personal space, independence and mystery it entices him to want to know more. It’s true ladies, men like to hunt! Nothing attracts a man more when he sees a woman stand alone in confidence and sends out the signal that although she would like a man, she doesn’t need one to complete her. It also reassures him that if he further commits, he might still be able to eat pork scratching’s over a beer with his mates in the pub.
3: Tell him about it!
It’s time to be a grown up and actually say what you feel. Tell him you want to take this to the next level. Communication is essential to every relationship. Openly chatting to him will not only give you a clear indication of his feelings and thoughts but it will also make the situation black and white. Make sure you do it at a time where your emotions aren’t heightened or where you could have other people come in and but in on your private conversation. The best way to seduce a man is to become the best version of yourself. Why? Because when we are happy within ourselves and understand our potential we become confident. Make yourself irresistible to him through the way your treat yourself and him.
5: Start moving at your own pace
Finally, start moving ahead with your life, because if the man doesn’t want to lose you then he will quickly jump in and step in time. Some men may take more time to decide what they want than others, but as I mentioned before, if he wants a life with you then he will make it a priority. Don’t be fooled, his indecision is a decision and you can’t put your life on hold until he makes up his mind. When he sees that you are ready to carry on being fabulous and happy without him, chances are he will be doing his best to pin you down and give you the commitment you want and deserve!
